Account deletion

To request deletion of your Nester Play account, email hello@nesterplay.com with the subject “Account deletion request”, preferably from the email linked to your account.

Include your username so we can identify the account. Do not send your password. We may need to verify ownership before processing the request.

We will explain the data affected and any information that must be retained for legal or security reasons when responding. If you have questions about shared group or session records, include them in your request.
