Contact and enquiries

Nester Play can be contacted at hello@nesterplay.com. If you send an enquiry, we receive the contact details and message you provide. We use them to answer your questions and discuss requested venue services, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not use enquiries for unrelated marketing.

Services used

Cloudflare hosts and protects this site and processes technical request information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate visit and performance statistics without analytics cookies. Our enquiry form uses FormSubmit to deliver your submission, then Microsoft 365 hosts our inbox. The form provider may display an anti-spam challenge; its own privacy information applies to that service.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond and follow up, and review it for deletion when no longer necessary. We may retain information longer where needed for legal obligations or disputes. Do not submit passwords, payment information or other sensitive data.

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, or object to its use. Applicable UK data protection rights also include restriction and, in relevant circumstances, portability. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
